A potential buyer can use the services of a real estate agent as a "buyers agent" at no cost or obligation to the buyer.
The agent then will work in THEIR behalf to search and examine properties.
Any properties that the buyer may wish to put a bid in on, the agent is then legally obligated
to find and divulge other info. to the buyer that would otherwise not be available to them.
Should a sale result, the agents commission is then paid from the SELLER.
